We have designed a 7-step bespoke tailoring process to ensure our clients always receive a perfectly fitted, personalized, and impeccable suit that meets their highest expectations.

Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, we engage with our customers to understand their style preferences, fabric choices, and specific needs. This is where we discuss the overall vision for the suit and provide expert advice to guide the customization process.

Measurements
We take precise measurements to ensure that every suit fits perfectly. This involves measuring various aspects of the body to achieve an accurate fit and create a pattern that complements the individual’s physique.

Pattern Creation
Using the measurements and style preferences provided, we create a custom pattern for the suit. This pattern is the blueprint for cutting and sewing the fabric, ensuring that every detail aligns with the customer’s vision.

Basted Fitting
In this step, we conduct a basted fitting where the suit is assembled with temporary stitches. This allows us to assess the fit and make adjustments as necessary, ensuring that the suit starts to take shape according to the customer’s preferences.

Final Fitting
The final fitting involves the completed suit, where we perform a thorough check to ensure every detail is perfect. This is the last opportunity to make any final adjustments before the suit is finalized.

Delivery and Aftercare
Once the suit is perfected, we prepare it for delivery and provide aftercare instructions to ensure its longevity. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the delivery, as we offer guidance on maintaining and caring for the suit.
Warranty service at Paul Tailor
Complimentary garment alterations
PAUL Tailor offers a complimentary alteration policy of up to two times within two years from the date of purchase. After the warranty period, we still provide support for basic alterations that do not significantly affect the garment’s silhouette. Please contact our hotline for further assistance.
Free ironing
Complimentary ironing services are available for products crafted from 100% wool or wool/silk/linen blends
Lifetime warranty
Lifetime warranty: Lifetime warranty for sewing thread and buttons for tailor made products at PAUL
Do not accept
We do not accept alterations for products that were not manufactured by PAUL.
